I teach various asana sequences in a dynamic, energetic way along with the flow of breath, starting with a short meditation or Pranayama. Every class has a specific focus.
We work on our core structure, the basis of each asana, alignment, balance and the letting go of any tension or holdings. We also explore anatomical relationships for a better understanding of each asana.
I teach a multilevel class, each asana from a beginners level to an advanced level. The more challenging asanas we build up step by step starting with preparatory exercises, which are the foundation for the journey to the full asana.
